This certificate confirms that your business is entitled to use GEMA-free music from MUSIC2BIZ.

We hereby certify that all music titles of your streaming subscription at MUSIC2BIZ contain exclusively GEMA-free music, as the composers and arrangers of the music supplied are not members of GEMA.

Together with a current MUSIC2BIZ invoice as proof of purchase of the usage licence for our streams, we hereby permit the public performance within your business or practice premises.

For branch atoperations, a separateat license is required for each of your atlocations. Valid from DD.MM.YYYY.

Certificateat for GEMA free music

This certificateat confirms that your business is entitled to GEMA use free music MUSIC2BIZ.

We hereby certify that all the music tracks in MUSIC2BIZ your streaming subscription include GEMA free music without exception, since the composers and arrangers of the music we provide to you are not members of the - GEMA association.

In conjunction with a current receipt MUSIC2BIZ as proof of the purchase of the usage license for our streams – or as a USB stick – we hereby grant permission for public performance within your business or practice premises. However, please note that for retail establishments (business premises in different locations), a separate atlicense (for streaming or USB stick purchase) is required for each of your locations.

To use our music in media productions (Internet, films, slide shows, etc.) that are publicly presented, you need separate written permission from MUSIC2BIZ.

How is the area calculated for my tariff?

The measured area of your stand in atsquare meters is decisive. If you are unsure which tariff suits you, we are happy to adviseat you personally.

Can I use a tariff for multiple locations?

The standard rates are designed for a single location with a stream. For multiple locations, we create a customized quote with centralized management via the master account.

How many streams are included in my plan?

The Starter to Platin plans include one stream per location. With Enterprise, multiple streams per location are possible.

Are any additional GEMA-, AKM- or SUISA- fees applied?

No. The music from MUSIC2BIZ is -, GEMA- AKM and - is SUISA free. You will receive a written release confirmation as a PDF with your subscription.

Can I test itch for MUSIC2BIZ free?

Yes, 30 days without obligation. No payment atdetails are required for the start.

What is the contract term?

Your subscription lasts 12 monthsat. Do not cancel it at least 4 weeks before it expires; it will be extended for another 12 monthsat.

Can I switch to a different tariff later?

If your area changes, please feel free to contact us. We will work together to determine which tariff suits you best.

What applies to branch networks?

For branch networks and areas of 5,000 square meters or more, we m² create an individual quote with centralized management of all locations.

Do I need additional hardware?

No. It MUSIC2BIZ runs directly through the browser – a PC, tablet, or smartphone is sufficient. For continuous operation, suitable hardware can be used as an option.
